The intervals for delivery are 2, 3, 4 or 5 months depending on the volume of the hot tub. To give you a good guideline for a 7 Ft hot tub you need 3 boxes per year which means a box is delivered every 4 months. (12 months / 3 boxes)

YES, there is an online portal where a customer can cancel or pause the subscription.

YES, by pointing them to the customer portal as all transaction are done by credit card and safety of payment and card information is only ensured on that platform.
We normally take 1-3 business days to deliver your order.
The dealer gets a report every month of all their customers and the orders that are send out. Access to a portal is also possible and payment is done every quarter.
Most dealers pay a $30 commission when a customer is signed up.
For every new signed subscription O-Care gives the dealer a FREE box of O-Care.
